We have been through dozens on canopies over the years, always searching for quality, durability, price and bright crisp graphics. I am happy to say we have found the total package. We couldn't believe how great the graphics came out, perfect! The art department was first class. Our first event/race was a huge success with many of the other exhibitors asking about our canopies.

The DSKit was delivered on Monday! That was fast! We did set it up yesterday and we were very pleased by the improvements over the Caravan we already owned. The 'lock pins' are so much better, the frame finish seem better, the frame seem stronger, the fit of the top to the frame is way better, there is no sagging pockets for water to puddle. And the bag is loose enough so that fitting the folded canopy in it is easy, as, I am sure you know, with the Caravan it was very difficult to do. There might be other things that I noticed yesterday, but that is what I remember ... ho yes, also it was easier to unfold it... anyway we are very pleased, as well as for the very good service you provide. It is great doing business with you. Thank you!

I just wanted to tell you an interesting story. - we received the third frame and the blue canvasses very promptly, thank you. The day after, we had a church picnic at the waterfront home of one of our church members on Amherst Island. We put up only one of the Impact canopies since there was another 10x10 canopy already set up - not a Impact one but one purchased at Sears. Anyway towards the end of the picnic a thunderstorm hit, the church picnic crowd went inside the house, and then proceeded to watch the Sears canopy get twisted and completely demolished by the wind. The Impact Canopy, however, took it all in stride and was completely unscathed. All parishioners were most impressed and so now I have no fear of receiving complaints about purchasing your somewhat more expensive brand!!

We bought three canopies from Impact Canopy and want to share information about the exceptional service we were given. This company went to great lengths to get three canopies to us in time for our cross-country meet. I have to tell you that because of a few communication glitches, we actually ordered these canopies the day before the meet. Randy promised we would have them the next day by ten and he was good to his word. Fed Ex was at the school door at 10:30 Wednesday morning and the buses left for the meet 15 minutes later.

The canopies go up very quickly and easily. They are very sturdy and attractive. I had bought some cheaper ones from Canadian Tire the spring before but returned them after five adults spent half an hour attempting to get them up without success. The Impact canopies went up without a hitch and were taken down just as quickly.

Great product and great service! Who could want more?

I just want to write you to let you know how great of a product you have.

On my way home from the last show in Pennsylvania, my bungee cords on the roof of my SUV broke and my Impact canopy and dog pens flew off the roof at 75 MPH. The steel mesh pen was destroyed from the impact. My canopy carry bag ripped and I thought my Impact was too. Well, I got home and opened up my Impact with no problems…I just wanted to let you know you make one tough product.
